RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned within 30 days of original purchase.
Please email our Customer Care team at hello@babybloomorganics.com within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns are at the customer’s own expense.
We ask you to provide your order number and the items, you would like to return for a refund.
All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging (excluding gift packaged items).
Make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package - Items or orders you would like to return should be sent back to us within 30 days of your order being dispatched.
Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-15 working days
Unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned within 60 days of original purchase.
- Refunds with an original receipt are issued in the original form of payment shown on the receipt. Credit card purchases are refunded only to the same credit card used to purchase the item.
- If you are making a return without an original receipt and/or proof of purchase, we will do our best to look up your original purchase information. If we are unable to find the purchase, you will be credited for the items at the last sale price on the date of the return in the form of a Hanna gift card.
- When returning a gift, you’ll receive your refund on a Hanna gift card.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
- Any product returned outside of the return policy will not be processed.
QUALITY
We stand behind the quality of our product. If you are unhappy with the quality of an item, just bring or send the item back to us and we will issue a merchandise credit for the purchase price or replace the item with the same style and size. Quality is specific to defects related to fabric, construction or trim.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS SHIPPED TO US ADDRESSES

For greatest convenience, ship your return to us using the prepaid return label provided at the bottom of your invoice. Hanna Andersson is currently offering FREE returns (prepaid return label not available for AK & HI). Fees associated with the use of our return labels will be waived during promotional period. Affix the return label securely to the return package and drop it at any US Mailbox or Post Office. You can track your return as it makes its way back to our Customer Returns Center by using your order status page.

Merchandise purchased through the site may also be returned to a Hanna Andersson store with the original packing slip.
